It is a manifesto with which we invite institutions, public and private companies and citizens to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Decade of the Sea. It is valid for creating the ocean of tomorrow, but not only: scientific research, sustainability, environmental protection and collaboration are fundamental tools for getting through every difficult moment of global society.
