The book “Let’s dive into the sea – Traveling with a submarine robot” created by the Istituto Superiore per la Protezione e la Ricerca Ambientale (ISPRA) tells in a simple and fun way, some aspects of the research activity at sea: this is how the story of Pollux begins, an underwater robot, who, together with his friends Astrea (the research vessel) and EM2040 (the sonar), tells in the first person some of the explorations made on the beautiful seabed of our “Blue Planet”.

The themes of the book are the Mediterranean Sea, the animals that live there and the research that is carried out in this environment to understand it and, therefore, protect it.
