Anne uses the stories and symbolism of four of her installations created by traveling the planet to tell the \u201c7 Essential Principles of Ocean Education\u201d, promoted by IOC-UNESCO.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>\u201cWithout the ocean, Earth would be another lifeless planet.
