Ocean&Climate Village, the IOC-UNESCO traveling exhibition on ocean and climate, arrives at the Venice Arsenal from March 28 to April 3.<\/h3>\n
<\/div>\n

At the Arsenale in Venice (Tesa 99), from March 28 to April 3, 2022, Ocean&Climate Village<\/strong> <\/a>arrives, the first interactive and educational exhibition dedicated to the ocean and climate<\/strong> of the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO, with the patronage of the Municipality of Venice. Ocean&Climate Village was conceived as part of the Decade of Marine Sciences for Sustainable Development <\/strong>with the aim of exploring issues related to the close connection between the ocean and climate.<\/strong> In addition to being a physical space, the exhibition is also a meeting platform <\/strong>that aims to promote debates on the protection of ecosystems and biodiversity, sustainability, innovation and design.<\/p>\n

.Ocean&Climate Village is an event accessible free of charge<\/strong> upon reservation<\/strong><\/a> and is dedicated to families, schools and a more general public. Those who wish can also participate in guided tours<\/strong> that will include workshops<\/strong> developed in collaboration with the Ca\u2019 Foscari University of Venice, with the Institute of Marine Sciences ISMAR-CNR, with the MSPMED project of CORILA and with the winner of the 2022 Donna di Mare Award, Marta Musso.<\/p>\n

The exhibition will be enriched by many collateral contents and activities such as debates, videos, insights <\/strong>to reflect on current issues related to the protection of the ocean and the city of Venice.<\/p>\n

On Saturday 2 April a bio-walk is planned<\/strong> at the Lido di Venezia in collaboration with National Geographic Italia, WeRoad <\/a>and Venice Calls<\/a> to discover Venice and its lagoon.<\/p>\n

The exhibition will be hosted at Tesa 99 of the Arsenale <\/strong>with the patronage of the Municipality of Venice and many other partners and academic, research and private bodies who have immediately embraced the idea of \u200b\u200bthe Ocean&Climate Village and contributed in various ways, such as Ca\u2019 Foscari University, IUAV, ISMAR-CNR, E.ON, Prada Group, Panerai, Grifal, National Geographic Italia and the University of Milan-Bicocca.<\/p>\n
